you can have sap query for the same,consider table ekpo and select those line in which free goods tick is present.
Transaction code is sqvi.
logic is item rate equal to zero
you can have list of specific purchase orders

if u r receiving the free good then u can create a non-valuated material (UNBW).only qty update and no value updation.
