How to load checkbox dynamically along with tree element in the screen ?

Hi ,

I need to create a tree element which also has a checkbox . i cant use table with tree as one column & check box as another . I need to use normal tree element which should be displayed in the left pan . This tree should have that check box. Could anyone help me in this issue ?
