While raising PO tick mark the Return then receive the matearils, accounts

In PO select Return tick.

While doing GR u will get doc. no.( with excise duties if material is excisable)

According tothat go for process

I had raised PO for 9,000 Liters of fuel, The fuel came in 300 liter barrals, All put together i received 30 barraels of disel, I have paid for disel only, but the barrels has to be returned back, since this is a on going process as an when a the barrels get empty, I have to return it back so that i can order fuel for further requirement, so how to recieve the returnable package with the order goods, and how to maintain the accounts of returnable package lying with us,
