BBPSC02 - "Long Text" error (TEXTBOX shoots to TOP of screen)

Hi there,

We are running SRM_SERVER 550 and are experiencing a problem in BBPSC02. Whenever a user tries to expand the "documents and attachments" node of the shopping cart item details the LONG TEXT text box shoots to the top of the screen?

The template is SAPBBP_PDH_TEXT_100.html - I have looked at a couple SAP notes on this and the only one I can see that could possibly solve it for SRM_SERVER 550 has NO correction instructions!!!

The note is Note 987640 - Text Editor missing under documents tab for all BO.

Has someone had a similar problem with the long text going to the top of the screen? Also does anyone know where the CORRECTION INSTRUCTIONS are for note 987640? I would love to see them.....

I am hoping someone can help me with this error.....;-)

Thanks in advance

Lynton

    Hi Lynton,

Please check note 1067625. This worked for us.

    Kind regards,

    Try the following note:

Note 1067625 - ITS TextEdit: Control overlaps other screen elements
