Info spoke Problem

Hi,

Though there is data in the cube ,when I say start extraction the infospoke is pulling zero records .But I see a file created but I am not able to see the data.In the monitor it says 0 record extracted.

I have done this first time in the new upgrade system where I changed the server name.

    Hi Kumar,

In Transaction RSBOH2 in Destination we have to select FILE and with Application server automatically server is selected here.

Here if we select File Name - what ever your info spoke name with csv will be created and the directory also automatically selected.

But if you select Logical File Name then in FILE transaction under locgical fine name your csv will be stored.

under RSBMO2 (Tcode) you can check the Monitor status.

    This will help you.

    Thanks

    Hi Pavan,

I hope there are selections in your Infospoke for which there is no data available in Infocube.

Check for the data in Infocube with the selections you have chosen in Infospoke.

Also check if the Infospoke is initialized, if it is intialized, reset the flag .

    Hope this helps

    Regards

    Srini
