Spares consumption & Budget allocation

Dear Experts,

Can you all pls tell me how to generate report for spares consumption- ℹ️ - Equipment wise per year

(ii) Plant wise per year

Whether Equipment BOM has to be maintained for ℹ️ report???

Also I want to know the Budget assignment and then comparison with Actual?? Is it in KO22 and then checking actual in IW32 ????

Pls reply

Rajesh K.

    hi

you can use the standard analysis for your purpose

    MCI4-planner group

    MCI8- cost analysis

in that you can specify the equipment and the periods

for spares consumption you can find using T code IW13

BOM is not requiredd for that report

yes you can activate the budget using KO22 but before that you have specify the budget profile in customization for the order type

you can find the buget and actual in the order itself, select the cost report >Budget and actual comparison

or you can find in these T codes

    S_ALR_87013019 - List: Budget/Actual/Commitments

    S_ALR_87013015 - List: Actual Debit/Credit

      Hi ,

      Thanks for the fast reply.

I found the reply very helpful.

      POINTS awarded.

But in single report, suppose we have to find the particular spares consumption per equipment per year, ....IS IT possible ??

      Regards,

      Rajesh
