availability control no stock shown

I have put stock qty through 561. but during sales order in Availability control the stock is not being shown. - please advise

Hi,

You need to also consider the open orders for this material.

For your specific requirement, you have created a certain quantity of material. However, in case there are open orders for this material, the stock you created will be adjested against an open order created earlier. This is as per the Availability Check configuration.

My suggestion is first you see the open order quantity, then accordingly, you create stock using mmt. type 561 for open order quantity + your reqired quantity.

In two areas, you can check.

1) in MMBE - under "Unrestricted Use" tab whether the stock is there

2) in sale order, whether plant is flowing

Hi,

One more point...you can view for stock using T Code CO09 - fill in the material and plant, then see the ATP quantity. Here the quantity must apprear for the date in order for you to process the material in a sales order.
