Server Log!!!

Hi ,

I am new to this Java WebDynPro.Can anyone help me out in know what exactly is Server Log?

I mean how can we check the Log Details when working on the Client Server directly.

Hi Chandrashekhar,

You can view system logs from the Log Viewer which is a tool to display log and trace messages that help you to monitor your system and analyze errors.

The different types of Log Viewers -

1) Logs and Traces in the SAP NetWeaver Administrator

SAP NetWeaver Administrator is the new Web Dynpro-based tool for administration and monitoring, offering a central entry point to the whole SAP NetWeaver system landscape. In the Logs and Traces plug-in of the SAP NetWeaver Administrator, you can view all list and text formatted logs and traces that are generated from the whole SAP NetWeaver system landscape.

Also you can check it through this path on server - <>\usr\sap\EP2\JC01\j2ee\cluster\server0\log
