auto UD

dear experts,

we are activated insp.type 01 for ROH and and created insp.plan with long term char.whenever we are getting inp.lots we are doing UD first after some days we are posting results to that lots.

now my requirement is :

can i do UD for all the lots automatically.

    Yes.. I believe you can. Have you tested with a lot in a sandbox system. Should be easy to test.

    Hi Prasad,

    Please follow the steps apart from what is suggeted by other consultants........

    1.) Maintain Waiting time (hrs) & mins for automatic UD in Maintain setting at plant level (Inspection lot completion tab) in SPRO -> QM -> Basic setting ->Maintain setting at plant level .

    2.) Maintain automatic UD for the inspection type in the material master.

    3.)There are other parameters on which it depends that UD can be done w/o result recording or not.

    4.) Then in T-code QA10 we can get the list of all the lot for automatic UD.

    In general it is maintain as batch job which is run to spool out all the lot for which automatic UD needs to be done & then based on the criteria usage decision is made.
