If user exit not available how can add the new exit ?

Hi Friends ,

If a user exit is not available, how can I add the new exit ?

(e.g :- MM01 has only function exits ,

MGA00001, MGA00002, MGA00003 all are function exits that are available.

If there is a need to add a field exit and menu exit , then how do I add it ? )

plz. send me the detailed procedure .
