Hi Team,

How can I get an account for SAP Cloud Platform Big Data Services (Altiscale) ?

Can I get a trial account for learning purposes?

Should we be a partner with SAP to get an account?

I've sent an email to accounts@altiscale.com to get an account but they didn't reply to my email.

Hi Arman,

AFAIK there is no free, trial or sandbox account to Big Data Services anymore.

But you can check the documentation here for learning

I believe it wouldn't make any sense having a software that couldn't be purchased, right? 😉
I've just looked at PAM, and it seems this service has been released on Jan/2017. You will find some important information and purchase options here. However, Big Data Services has been developed using SAP Vora technology and its development began prior to Altiscale acquisition. Thus, I suspect topics related to Altiscale and Vora will change as SAP absorves their technologies.

With that in mind, please reach out to your local SAP Sales Representative - he/she will be able to assist you on purchasing any software license.

I would inquire them on availability to a trial instance on Altiscale.

If you are interested, there is a developer edition of Vora you could install on your computer based on vitualization sofware.
