Problem in starting Add-on

I have purchased and installed 5 license for the users.I have installed the add-on Outlook integration on these machines.But when I start the add-on it gave me two errors as,

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error !

Program:\...........\Outlook_Integration\BO_Outlook.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.Please contact the application's support team for more information.

2.

Add-on does not have a license.
