UDF - Problem

Hi !

i am facing a problem, i hav created UDF at the title level of Marketting doc. ( all are under General Category).

now wen opening the marketting doc, i enabled the 'User Defined Fields' Option from Menubar " View ". but still i am unable to view the UDF,

can any help me how to get the UDFs?

Meera,

<li> Please check if the User field really got added.

<li> Change the User fields window to All Categories and check if you can see the user field.

From the marketing document form Press CTRLShiftB (Settings - User defined fields) and see where your different user fields are catergorized.

Everything is fine Suda, but still i am unable to view those UDFs.. wat might be the reason still?

Did you check if the UDF's are marked as visible.

Try to log outamd then re-login agn into B1.I also somtime face the same problm,and this wrks for me.try it out and as Suda said,chck if fields r really added or not..

or may b try chckin by defining some new UDF in a new doc..
