ALEAUD Special Handling needed option in IDOC_AAE sender channel

Hi All,

We are working on an interface IDOC to REST async interface.

I want to capture the REST API (enabled Error HANDLING in channel) status response back in SAP using IDOC:ALEAUD.

Will the ALEAUD Special Handling needed option in IDOC_AAE sender channel will work here? or I have to build Async bridge here?

Can you please guide me with configuration required in SAP and PI system to avail the functionality of ALEAUD Special Handling needed.
