PDF Content Is missing When I Download The Document

Hi,

I developed a odata service for downloading the PDF document.I am able to see the PDF in gateway.But when i paste the URL along with server details in the browser for the first time it worked,from the second time the document is getting downloaded but the content is missing.Kindly let me know how i can resolve this?.
