    no problem sanjay,

Please noet that PI sheet is configured...you are maintaining control receipi distination and the process massages.

Once you set up these data put a cutover date from which you copy the new receipi wuth control recepi destination process massages...so that fro that order you start using PI sheet.

    • Hi Sri Ram,

PI Sheets are process instruction sheets.

For ex... If you are doing process order confirmation...Goods receipt...Quality result recording...or any other transactions to complete certain business processes, U can achieve all these functionalities in a single sheet ( transaction ) with added features like Digital signatures..etc...

Alternatively, PP-PI can be configured to interact with the process control systems itself.

Advantages : One stop transaction for all purposes...Added control...displayes logs & history...

      Disadvantages: PI sheets are static...

      Thanks & regards
