CRM ISA : Initialization of Extended Configuration Management failed

Hi everyone,

I have deployed all the Support Packages that are necessary for the applicaion CRM E-Commerce ISA, namely:

SAP-SHRWEB.sca

SAP-SHRAPP.sca

SAP-CRMWEB.sca and

SAP-CRMAPP.sca

SAP-CRMDIC.sca,

STRUTS.sca

SAP-IPCMSA.sca

SAP-CRMJAV.sca

SAP-SHRJAV.sca

TEALEAF.sca

I rebooted the java web application server (version 7), and when I tried to open the page

Http://10.10.0.10:50100/b2c/admin/xcm/init.do

I get the following error :

I am a beginner in CRM, What can i do in this case ?
