ICW -customising Transaction launcher 5.0

Hiya guyu.. got two issues.

1) I am trying to customize the transaction launcher (without wizard option) but am not able to access the xml code to be copied/pasted from the ides default profile to my newly created profile.Can anyone help me on how to get the xml code so as to paste on my new profile.or suggest a way to configure the same.

2) want to define the navigation bar with a wizard .but there is no option of the wizard on my server.I able to use same option on 4.0 but not on 5.0.

Please help.I am trying to familarise myself with 5.0.Points will be rewarded.
