ESS / MSS Team Calender Public holidays and weekends to be displayed

Hi Experts,

We are in ERP2005 of ESS / MSS. we wanted to display the public holidays and weekends in a different color in the team caleder, and in the caleder which is in the leave request whereas currently it is not appearing

is there any specific configuration?

Currently there are badis available to change the color coding but not to show Public holidays or Non working days, For this you have to go for modification, in the badi

I am also implementing ESS/MSS and was wondering whether this issue wsa ever resolved. We have a lot of part time workers and to be able to show non-working days as absent would help significantly when Manager's are planning time.

spro => personnel management => employee self-service => service specific settings => working time => team calendar

thanks for your reply, i have made necessary configurations there regarding the rule gropus, absences to be displayed, color display of absenses and employees and the layout.

but is there any place here where i can set to dispaly the public holidays and weekends to appear in different color?

there are badi's that you can implement for the colors, so I think that you can do it using the badi.

It's in the same part of the customizing.
