Exception!!. No relavent language message available in database for :0139

Hello All,

I am having one problem after installing Compliance Calibrator 5.2 on JAVA stack. When I tried to configure JCO connnector from the configuration tab, I am getting following error message.

    Hi Atul,

    the message file shows the following:

    0139 EN error Connector already exists

    Please check if there is already a connector with the same name. The connector ID must be unique.

      Hi Daniela and Frank,

      Thanks for the reply. Still my problem is not solved. When I search for Connector, its empty. When I try to create one, I am getting above message. I have uploaded file CC5.2_message.txt but still my problem is persist.

      I will highly appreciate for your help guys!

    Hi Atul,

    you need to add a file to your installation.

    Go into rule architect - utilities - import rules

    and upload the file CC5.2_MESSAGES.txt from your installation files. This file has all the missing message texts.
