Hello All:
I have installed the xMAM30 application on users machine (JSP, laptop, MI7.0 sp12) and it was working for a while but today 2 users got the error below when they tried to login to xMAM. Can anybody tell me what caused this error and if there is an easy way to fix it without doing a complete uninstall/install of SAP MI and xMAM?
FYI: I deleted the users.dat file on my local machine and run xMAM, I was able to login and the users.dat file was re-created. So I tried the same on the user's machine but it didn't work. He was getting "time out 61-can't connect to server error".
Thanks.

I found out that they were getting the error because the user didn't have write access to sap mobile infrastructure directory and its sub-folders.
