XD02 change not replicated back to CRM

Hi group,

I create a business partner in CRM and maintain sold-to characteristics, customer classification and corresponding R/3 account group. BP is replicated correctly to ECC. Now when I change the BP in CRM, changes are directly replicated to ECC. Fine so far. Now the problem:

When I change this business partner using XD02 in ECC, my changes are NOT replicated back to CRM. No entries are added to the queue (SMQ2; SMW01 remain as they were, no new lines; no errors). So it seems that no replication is triggered at all. Is there a replication object I should initially load? I thought this would only be necessary for customer originating in ECC, which is not the case here.

I am sure somebody has encountered this problem before and that I am overlooking something. Please advise.

Appreciate any feedback, will be rewarded accordingly.

Kind regards,

KZ

    KZ,

Did you do an initial download of customer data from R/3 to CRM? Also in R/3 are the settings PIDE setup for the account group to be transfered from R/3 to CRM?

I believe that is the only thing I can think of that would be missing and not cause the record to replicate back to CRM.

    Take care,

    Stephen

    Hi,

Pls check there is no filter setting exist in BUPA_main and customer main as the filter setting prevent the delta download .

One more point, basically the master data should have to be changed in the source system

    Another point.

Check for any blocked queues in smq1 of ERP.

    Check table CRMRFCPAR and CRMPAROLTP.
