Problems downloading DNL_CUST_PROD1

Hi all,

Can anyone please help me with the below.

Problem : Start initial download for DNL_CUST_PROD1 , the monitor shows it is successful , but the relevant tables are not populated. Nothing appears in the queues.

We are facing this problem for the first time. There was a client copy done recently from production system.

Not sure if i have missed out on anything.

CRMPRLS on ERP and CRMMLSGUID on CRM match

CRMRFCPAR on ERP and the site attributes of CRM match.

Thanks.

Regards,

Pratima

    Hi,

Try transaction MW_CHECK to determine if your middleware is active. Check transaction SMOHQUEUE and make sure the queue demon status is "Running".

    Hope this helps,

    Kind regards,

    KZ

    Customize Product Category in CRM

Check Structure PRODHS in ERP (SE11).Note down the length of the components.

    Maintain Product Category in CRM

TA: SPRO -> Cross Application Components -> SAP Product -> Product Category -> Define Category Numbering Scheme.

provide the same numbers as that of the length of the PDH structure above.

    Did you check this?

    Hallo,

    i always download DNL_CUST_PRO0 before download DNL_CUST_PROD1.

If this helps, you have a simple solution.

    regards
