Assiging GST Registration for Singapore Company Code

I need to assign a GST registration number for a Singapore Company Code that I am creating and do not find the parameter entry for SG in Table T001I in our system. How do you add a new entry to that table so the number can be on the Company Code Master. It needs to be used on various forms.

My company is still on Release 4.6C Discrete Industries Version 2.
