Hybris Marketing 1702-On premises-Mobile camapign Category is not displayed

I am working as Hybris Marketing consultant for a big leasing company,we are implementing 1702 on premises version, but we are not getting mobile campaign category option and flow based campaign(Flow chart ) is not visible in campaign designer.
