DB NOT APPEARING ON A ONE (1) CLIENT SYSTEM

Hi Expert

am facing a problem with a specif client system.

in which the DB is not showing, also in the SERVER Name its showing \Local'

i try by reinstall and the client , sap folder from c: drive, also checked the, CONF file

also i stop the firewall, antivirus,

also clean the temp files,

and also check any windows update happen,where it is not happen

also insatlled 32 - 64 bit client and checked,

Still the DB is not showing, also in server name / ip address field 'Local ' Appears

Pls help me to sort it out
