Shortdump with Runtime Errors 'DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR'

Hi Gurus,

when loading Masterdata we get a shortdump with a 'Caller 70' missing error msg in the monitor.

In the shortdump reads thus---

Runtime Errors DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR

Exception CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB

Date and Time 01/23/2008 03:10:41

You can use the ABAP dump analysis transaction ST22 to view and manage

termination messages, in particular for long term reference.

How to correct the error

| Please check the entries in the system log (Transaction SM21).

When I enquired with Basis I was given this reply---

The error was SQL error -913 time out; dialog process 5 was blocked by dialog process 9 (see attached document).

This error was due to a scheduling issue. Two jobs were in contention one with the other.

Anybody Pl suggest me a solution for this.
