Deletion of assignment in customer hierarchy

Hello,

I want to delete one customer assigned to a particular customer hierarchy. In VDH1N Menu bar if I go to Customer -> Remove then it is removing the assignment but KNVH table is not updated. Similarly if I change validitiy dates also still assignment is not removed from KNVH.

Please suggest how to remove customer assignment in VDH1N so that KNVH is also updated.

in NODE_LIST table what is the meaning and usage of ROUTINE field?

I'm trying to run this bapi but even if in return table I don't have records, when I check KNVH table nothing is changed.

Hi,

according to oss note 548147 you can do it with BAPI_CUSTOMER_HIERARCHIE_DEL. Ask for the help of an abaper to write a program.
