NIECONN REFUSED After the dual stack split

Hi Basis Expert,

We have completed the dual stack split completion in on of our development system which is running on Windows OS and MS SQL DB.

After the dual stack split completion when we tried to stop java instance via SAP MMC it is giving an error NIECONN REFUSED and later on we tried stopping the service via services.msc and java instance was stopped.

But again when starting the java instance via SAP MMC it is giving the same error NIECONN REFUSED

I have attached the screen shot of the error and dev_ms and error screen shot.

Appreciate your input.

Regards,

Anil
