below is the issue we r facing. please can anybody help me on this.

ZCOI002 is a program that used to upload the Total Budget and also the Breakdown of the Total Budget by Cost Element (from an excel worksheet). This program replaces the KO12 and KO22 transactions function for the purpose of maintenance of Budget. For activation of Orders, must proceed with KO30 (Availability Control) and deactivate with KO32.

Regarding to this issue, even after activation of AVC (in QAS and PRD server), the budget checking is still not working properly but ok and got checking in development server. After doing a comparison between DEV, QAS and PRD in IMG: Budgeting and Availability Control, everything is same and there are no any differences in configuration.
