Don't want user create new item via VA02

Try to use user exit User exit MV45AFZZ

V_VBAK_AAT: Authorization for Sales Document Types.

Either this can be controlled through your basis team by restricting the user id for VA02 or through User Exit : MV45AFZZ, the same can be controlled.

hi,

its two ways as i understand

1) you dont want user to enter a line item in VA02- then write the required logic in the exit USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT.

2) you dont want the user to do any modification in the VA02, then dont authorize him that particular t.code.

This can be done by Roles and authorisation.

Basis can be able to do the settings in such a way that once the user save the sales order at VA01, he can' t change anything in that.

THat can only be modified by the authorised person.
