Hi, If we assign a layout to multiple roles at a time say we want a field to be visible from the "X "layout it will be visible to all the roles assigned to the X how can we control @ particular business role. Best Regards, Abhinav
You can achieve hiding a field for a particular role via the rule editor functionality. You can put a rule around "Visible" option and your rule can include "If, Business Role=SALESREP" to display or not display the field. Please see blog and video below.
