J2EE restart

Hi Gurus,

I need to give access to developers to restart development portal J2EE. I don`t want to give them OS level access. I know that J2EE can be restarted using NWA and role for this is SAP_JAVA_NWADMIN_LOCAL. Is it ok? Is there other way restart J2EE which I can give to developers.
