delivery processing errors

when i m creating delivery, the error message is showing "Create Delivery is not allowed (System status EXLS, object VB0000008168000010). where 8168 is order no & 10 is item no.

in, performance assistant, message is showing..

"If performed, the system status EXLS of object VB0000008168000010 must be reset.

pls give the suggestion immediately, I m on the Sap System"

this looks like a legal control issue. please chceck if you have activated the export data and also see the sales org view of material master. Here you will find the legal control button, see if there is anything to be set here.

how I will create user status & how the problem will be Solved.

i have done unchaked delivery block in sales order also after that this message is coming.

Hi,

You would have created some user status and put theme in the status profile and would have assigned the profile to the document. Pls uncheck them you should be able to proceed further.

Hi

Looks like the user status in the sales order have got activated. Pls release the status by unchecking the indicators. You will be able to release the order and can then progress to deliveries.
