the bapi to create house bank and account id in s/4 1610

As title mentioned,i want to know the bapi to create house bank and account id in s/4 1610.Now,I maintain the information using FIORI ,and then ,i transform the information by requestion way in FI12_HBNAK,but the question is coming,i can transform the house bank information correctly but can't the account id.This means,i can search house bank information in table T012 and T012D,but not account id in T012K and FCLM_BAM_ACLINK2.

I have search the relevant note,and don't want to try the EXPORT/IMPORT tool or IDOC way to solve this problem,please tell me the bapi if you know ,thanks a lot.

I have try the 3 bapi, BAPI_BANKDETAIL_CREATE\BAPI_BANK_CREATE\BAPI_HOUSE_BANK_REPLICATE,but it isn't the bapi i want to .
