IE 11 /HTML5/ C4C Ticket performance after 1711 upgrade


Have others than us experienced that the response time for COD_SEOD_AGENT_WORKSPACE_TI.TI (Load) has gone up since the 1711 upgrade? (Only for IE + HTML5)

From the Response Time Analysis report (COD_RESP_TIME_ANA) it seems to be related to the network time has increased - but the strange thing is that for Chrome it's working fine.

We have tested with several tenants and locations and all show the same pattern.

    Hi Anders,

    We are facing similar issues. We had raise high priority incident last week. There is some change done in ticket business object that is causing this. Chrome browser works fine but IE browser has some issue. Support has suggested to use Chrome but we cannot use chrome due to telephony integration dependecies.
