Import Software component versions - Failing

Hi,

We have installed PI 7.0 and carried out all the post installation activities. Now when we are trying to import software component versions through integration builder we are getting the following error.

The PI system is connecting to SLD on solution manager.

I have checked SLDcheck on PI system and it all successful.

In SLDAPICUST the password and details of SLD are maintained correctly.

PISUPER is created on the system where SLD is running and it has SAP_SLD_ADMINISTRATOR(LcrAdministrator role).

Please suggest what could be the problem.

Hi Mrutyunjay,

Did you also carry out the SLD Post-Installation steps?

In the UME a specific role/group assignment was necessary.

And the PI*User is created on the remote SLDs (UME) as well?

It seems like a authorization error..that is what the log says.

Is profile for SAP_SLD_ADMINISTRATOR generated in the system where SLD is installed?

Are you able to create TS/BS/ Products ,etc with PISUPER in your SLD?

Yes , It seems like an authorization error.

I am able to create Technicals Systems using PISUPER.

The role SAP_SLD_Administrator is generated.

Does it pickup the user id and password from SLDAPICUST !!

Mrutyunjay,

I thought you were getting the error when you tried to update the CR Content from SLD.

Check if the password of PIREPUSER is same in your PI System and Solman? If not the password needs to be the same. Check if you can login to PI/Solman using PIREPUSER.

Also check which user is mentioned in exchange profile for communication of IR with SLD.I dont remember the exact parameter, but if you are not able to find let me know.
