Sender Country Cant be Initial Error- SAP S4 HANA Output Management

Dears,

The system in use is S4 HANA 1610.

I have activated S4 HANA Output Management.

The configuration is working fine in most of the cases, except for few, I get an error which says "Sender Country Can't be Initial". Based on the rules defined in T-Code: OPD, form is not getting generated due to this error. I am not sure, from where Sender Country is picked, so that i shall get to know how the same is Initial.

Kindly assist me in this regard.
