SAP B1 9.2 PL09 install client from local file

Hi Experts,
There is any way to install SAP B1 9.2 PL09 using a local file? 
We try to copy all the files B1_SHR from server to end local machines, but the installation was not ok. We do not understant because if we launch the installation from server the process it is ok but if we try to copy all the files and then install from local file in end users computers, the installation is wrong. 

Please advise how to solve this issue.

Did you copy all files from client folder? Did you install as Administrator?

Hi Mariano, execute direct setup of Client. You don't need copy the files to pc client.

I'm also facing this problem better you install from B1Shr folder directory it work.
