No Wrap-up time in NON-IC Role

Hi Experts,

in our SAP Environment we have two user roles. an IC Role and a "homemade" NON-IC Role. The wrap-up time, which is set up in the CTI works for inbound calls when we use the IC Role, but it doesn't when we are using the NON-IC Role.
Is there any (funtional) profile or any other customizing setting that triggers the wrap-up time?
