SAP Transaction CJR2 Error

Dear Friends,

When user is entering details in transacode CJR2, User is getting the error "No valid combinations of characteristics could be formed from the selection criteria entered or the criteria in planning layout 1-701"

However, User Manager is not getting the error.

Please suggest.

Have you checked the user settings (SU3) of the user getting the error? Could it be authorizations - do an SU53 on the effected user?
