    Hi Sunil,

SAP CRM is getting very good market and learning it will really help you in your career. As you already working at a management level having knowledge of CRM will give you another advantage to move ahead.

Cetrtification matters but its not the only thing. certification comes later and first companies judge the knowledge of a particular person and then give the weightage of certification. But having certification is always good as it gives some advantage than the non-certified person.

    Have a look on this:

    hai sunil,

u told that........ u are a a PMI certifed PMP, having 10+ experience in Project Management and Business Analysis/ Pre Sales, will learning SAP-CRM be good for my career?

defnetly sunil. being that much huge experience in pm and ba .ur career will be very very extraordinary in that.plesae proceed.Definitely. I recommend the SD-to-CRM transition all the time. There are areas within each, like service management, for example, where SAP is only developing the functionality on the CRM side from this point forward. That's a good enough reason to make the switch. Go where SAP goes, and you are usually better off.so pls chk this and reward me it is usefull

plesae reward me if this is helpfull to you

    thanks karthik

all the best for your future.may all your dreams come true
