Load social media data from Facebook to Hybris Marketing

Hallo Experts,

a few days ago i started to prepare Hybris Marketing and Data Services to execute the rapid data load for social media data from Facebook. So i have configured erveything like it was desribed in the "User Guide" and the "Config Guide". If i execute the job in the Data Services it runs but does not get any result for the search term (i have defined the name of my facebook site as the search term like in the description). If i enter the generated path from the log file into the browser i get a page with every post on this facebook site. I have no idea what is going wrong there because there is no error in the log file. Is there anybody who can help me?

Dear Robert,

When we had this issue it turned out to be the API version error.

What version did you create your Facebook app in? Recent APPs should use version 2.10

Did you apply any SAP Notes for the Facebook API version you want to communicate with? On on-premise you can check class CL_CUAN_ECPG_CALL_FB_API method CONSTRUCTOR to see which version of the API is being called from yM. If it still doesn't work please create an incident and ask for the updated Python script for "Get_F_Data" .

Dear Komur,

I configured the search terms in the Hybris Marketing Backend like it was described in the user guide. After this i maintained the search query and filter settings (also in Hybris Marketing backend). Then i executed the "Job_Facebook_Data_Load" which i have also configured before like it was described in the "Config Guide". The job runs without any error but does not deliver any result.

Like in the image below it returns that it just don't find anything for the search term but if i open the gernerated link manually in the browser i can see the interactions i want to have in the Hybris Marketing tool.

(After this there are a few errors that occur because there is no incomming data)

Did you make sure that your search terms were loaded into you HANA DB?

Which jobs do(did) you run in which order?

If there is no error, what kind of message gets shown when you execute the job in SAP Data Services?
