Changes when adding and deleting materials to a activity or operation in SAP PS

My client has a simple and SAP standard project under that WBS element and under that sub WBS element. Now this sub WBS element has a network and to this network materials are added as components. While adding materials as components activity/operation is provided. Now when some one does any changes to materials like, addition, deletion, quantity here where can we see the change log. Tried with CN60 but it has only header level changes if i activate a profile with change log for the networks. But i cant get what changes done like materials added/deleted

Does some one has any solution for this.

Hi All, do we have any good suggestions about the same. One the CN22n screen any changes done can we see the same on the same screen? as we see on BOM

You need to go to SE11, look at the data dictionary for the field and see if the change document indicator is turned on for the field.

Actually i think my question was also not very clear. Let me make it more clear on the CN22 screen, if some one adds or deletes the components can we see change log on the same screen?
