Sales Document outlook synchronization for individual customer in SAP C4C

Hello Experts,

We have enabled outlook synchronization with SAP C4C. We have enabled individual customer download as well. Individual customers are getting downloaded to Outlook as expected.Lead, opportunity synchronization works as expected when it is associated with Account-Contact.

Whenever I create Lead, opportunity for individual Customer, it does not get synchronized with outlook i.e. I am not able to see the corresponding documents in side panel of outlook. If I create email activity, it gets synchronized with outlook. Only lead, opportunity, quote, order synchronization does not seem to be working.

Am I missing anything?

Any inputs on this will be highly appreciated.

    Hi Gayatri,

    Kindly enable individual customer on side pannel by going to Add In -> settings -> Insurance -> Enable Individual Customers as ber below screen shot.
