How to highlight changes in Custom fields of MDG Vendor

Hi All,

We have created some custom fields in Vendor Master and corresponding Feeder class for FPM.
While changing the Master data through Change Request the standard fields are getting highlighted if they are changed. Where as the custom fields are not getting highlighted.

Could you please suggest how can this be achieved.

Hi,

for the custom fields you have to specify the structure linked to the entity type/attribute.

Under MDG customizing (TA MDGIMG) go to General Settings > Data Modeling > Edit Data Model. Here select the BP Data Model, then Entity Types. From here select the Entity Type containing your custom fields and then select Attributes. Here you have to specify the structure for your custom fields (normally it's the same used for the standard fields).

Have you enabled change documents flag in the respective data elements.
