Open SAP inbox from Outlook: Minimized window

Hi.

For a customer I've just configured Extended Notification for approvers. The approvers receives messages on new/changed items in Outlook. From Outlook they can go directly to SAP Inbox by double clicking the attachment (the customer doesn't have portal).

When I click on the SAP Inbox attachment from Outlook, SAP opens in a minimized window. I have to maximize the window manually. How do I set the SAP window to always open maximized?
