Craetion of Infotype

Hi Guys,

I want to create a infotype having similar structure of IT0005.......

to store data of employee previous historic information as below

From * To* _Old Position_ _Basic Pay_

As client at present not having previous employee postion history will maintain the same in this infotype after go-live.
