Changing SH in VL01N

Dear Gurus,

In my client's place which is a make to order scenario, we have made an Order for a material for 2 pcs and after stock input thru 561-E (w.r.t. Sales order & Item # 10), I want to deliver 1pc to first SH and 1pc to second SH. SP has 3 SHs.

Now in VL01N I want to choose 1pc and enter first SH and do PGI and then make another Delivery for 1pc to the second SH. System is allowing to make delivery for the default SH, who was entered in the order and does not allow any one else.

How shall I change a SH in VL01N?

Hi,

In the sales order at the item level include the first ship to and finish of the delivery with the required qty. Then go back to so and change the partner agaian and do the del. Similarly for the 3rd del too.

There is another alternate way of doing, where create 3 line items of the same material and assign different ship and u will have 3 diff del.

U can different ship to at item level...so specify that as another line item in sales order with relevant Ship to..

u will different delivery docs.

Hi

you mentioned that you have MTO scenario.SO I suppose different ship to party customers can aslo be identified at sales order level. There is provision in SAP where you can have different ship to party per line item.So pl create seperate line item for each different ship to party and enter respective schedules for them. this way for each delivery you can have desired ship to party.

this is one way ,Other way you can also use user exit for the same.

There may be alternate ways .so do check them also.
