Error "Failed to connect to the BI Platform" on VPN

Dear All

I am facing connectivity issue over VPN when opening Query Browser in dashboard . It gives me below error .

All recommendations as per note 1668437 has been implemented , still the same error.

its workign fine when I am accessing from within the organization network . The issue is only when accessing from offshore .

Please help .

    It might be the scenario that you are not able to access the crossdomain.xml file.You can get the more information in the fiddler log about the root cause.
